GLIN Rina, a member of the GLIN Consulting team, participated in a panel on “Diverse Startup Careers for Generation Z” at the EmpowerHER LOUNGE stage of IVS2024 KYOTO held in Kyoto, Japan from July 4 (Thu.) to 6 (Sat.), 2024.
Rina spoke at the EmpowerHER LOUNGE stage, which was created to promote diversity in the startup ecosystem and to ensure that the conference is fair and inclusive. Rina discussed why she chose a career in sustainability consulting, as well as passion for DE&I from a Gen Z perspective.
GLIN will continue to contribute to the development of a more inclusive VC/startup ecosystem.
